Experimental Process

A Western and ELISA were each done to confirm expression, which was also verified by qRT-PCR. A series of EMSAs were performed to localize a binding site. An sequence alignment was performed to come up with a putative binding site, which was then confirmed to bind via EMSA.

Gene Regulation

Regulated genes for each binding site are displayed below. Gene regulation diagrams show binding sites, positively-regulated genes, negatively-regulated genes, both positively and negatively regulated genes, genes with unspecified type of regulation. For each indvidual site, experimental techniques used to determine the site are also given.
